CARS - Christian Automotive Repair Service

CARS is a non-profit organization that assists needy households with automotive maintenance and repairs through volunteers. We want to make sure that your vehicle is property maintained (oil changes, etc.) and safe to drive (brakes, lights, etc.).If you can afford to repair and maintain your own vehicle -- please do not ask us to work on your vehicle. The CARS ministry does not wish to compete with local garages, nor do we have the time to work on vehicles for folks who can afford to take their vehicle to a regular garage.We are a group of volunteers who want to spend our time assisting folks who are in a situation where they truly do need a helping hand with repairs and maintenance on their vehicle.If you are in a financial situation where you need assistance with repairs and maintenance on your vehicle, please click here to fill in a service request form, or call 519-357-2277 Ext 110 and leave a voicemail message explaining your situation and what you think needs to be done on your vehicle. One of our volunteers will try to call you back within 24-48 hours (likely in the evening) to get more information and schedule you to come in for an initial visit to the CARS garage. Depending on what needs to be done, the work might be done that evening, or parts will need to be ordered.Note: CARS customers are required pay for their parts.
